The Roots Education Foundation is committed to improving the quality of education by strengthening foundational literacy and supporting teacher professional development, particularly at the lower primary level. The organization focuses on training teachers from Primary One to Primary Four in phonics-based instruction and effective literacy teaching methods, helping them build strong reading and comprehension skills among learners.
By equipping teachers with the right skills, tools, and teaching approaches, the Foundation ensures that learners develop strong literacy foundations at an early stage, leading to better learning outcomes across all subjects. Through partnerships with schools and communities, Roots Education Foundation works to promote equitable access to quality education, environmental awareness, and holistic development for learners.
